#Pre-config

Liberty IT configures your ordered system free of charge according to the desired specifications. We always perform an initial dead-on-arrival (DOA) check to ensure that the configuration is delivered working.

 

#Consultancy

Together, we build, relocate or install new infra hardware such as server, storage and networking products. Our consultants have all the knowledge, experience and certifications to support you optimally.

All our hardware is carefully assembled, transported and delivered on location. If desired, we can supervise the on-site installation or even arrange the complete configuration and integration for you.

 

#IMAC services

Despite all the preparations, the new hardware often can't be used directly, usually there are still adjustments to be made.

Think of pre-installation of software (imaging) or expansions such as an extra hard drive or memory modules.

With our IMAC services, we are happy to help with hardware assembly, software roll-out, asset registration (CMDB), onsite installation, etc.

If desired, we can already unpack the hardware in our own technical centre and deliver it safely and securely.

#Data wiping

Within your organization, a lot of IT equipment is used. This equipment is regularly replaced or reused. It is important that you ensure the correct destruction of your sensitive company data.

Under the laws and regulations (GDPR), you are not only responsible for the careful processing and storage of sensitive data, but also for the deletion of personal data on your systems. For auditing purposes, you also need proof of correct data removal.

Liberty IT will be happy to help you with a proper way of destroying your sensitive company data.

The Blancco software we use for data destruction is accredited by the NCSC. You will receive an official report which indicates on disk level that the data has been 100% destroyed. This report meets all requirements for compliance and legal audits.

We believe that IT should work for you. Without worrying about the continuity of your work, the resolving of incidents and unnecessarily high costs.

For your IT hardware, we offer hardware support, as an alternative to OEM or vendor support. This makes you much cheaper, more flexible and gives you only one point of contact as well as with different brands.

As a hardware and service provider, we work with certified engineers for all types of hardware. We simply take the parts/components for your environment, such as workstations, servers, storage and networking, in stock,

Do you choose 24x7 or is next business day support sufficient for you? In any case, our engineer will be at your location on time, so that your business processes are not endangered.

And sometimes holding spares at your own location can be enough. Together we look for the best option.
